Shipping

All UK shipments are sent by Royal Mail on a guaranteed signed-for next-day delivery before 1:00 pm on a mutually agreed day.

UK Shipping Rates

Standard UK shipping is £15.00 for orders containing up to 15 frags (up to approx. 5 lb). For larger orders above 15 frags (over approx. 5 lb), a £20.00 heavy-goods rate applies. For very large orders we can supply a quote and discuss discounts on an individual basis — please contact us at jpcoralfrags@gmail.com.

European Shipping

We ship to a range of European countries using DHL for £35.00. A minimum basket value applies (£50.00–£250.00 depending on destination). For a quote please forward your address and postcode to jpcoralfrags@gmail.com along with your selection. Your order will be delivered direct to your door before 1:00 pm on a mutually agreed day.

Delivery & Acclimatisation

On some occasions we will need to cut and leave your order to rest for 14–21 days. When fully rested and healed we will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Our Packing Method

We pride ourselves on using superior packing and shipment methods so all deliveries are guaranteed. One of our tried-and-tested methods — with a 100% survival rate — is to encase each frag in bubble wrap, then place it inside an individual postal tube. This is then placed in a polystyrene shipping box with a 30-hour heat pack during the colder months.

Guarantee & Claims

If for any reason on receiving the signed-for consignment you are in any doubt of the condition or are unhappy with the product, we will require photographic evidence in the original unopened packaging within 2 hours of delivery to support the claim, so we can offer advice or a replacement if required. Once the coral has entered your aquarium we are unable to accept any losses. In the event of a shipment being delayed for any reason and resulting in losses, we cannot be held responsible.
