Returns

We at JPcoralfrags have a very high success rate with our shipments so please adhere to the recommended steps to introduce your corals under the Acclimatisation page.

At the time of delivery if you are not entirely satisfied with the coral or any defects such as leakage, melting, damage to the packaging or any other issues with the shipment this must be reported to us on either info@jpcoralfrags.com or sales@jpcoralfrags.com within 1 hour from signing & must be supported by photo's. If this process is followed we can then offer advice or replacement. 

In the unlikely event we have to replace the Zoa's this will only be done if all of our terms & conditions have been meet. Each shipment will be individually treated. The buyer will have to pay for the return postage as we will require the originals to be returned for inspection & safe disposal.
